Seeking New Board Members
In the past year since we started The Birthday Foundation we have seen much change and much growth and we need new board members to help grow our mission further! Important Note: We are in the process of moving our offices to the Kansas City area and new board members must be able to attend meetings in the KC area.
We are currently seeking two members for our Board of Directors.
We are seeking a person with passion for our mission to join our Birthday Foundation Board of Directors. Good business and communication skills needed. Responsibilities include:
- Advocate our mission to others
- Help plan and implement fundraising strategies
- Actively participate in monthly board meetings
- Suggest and help implement new ideas
- Support board decisions
- Required Skills: Excellent business and communication skills
- Nonprofit knowledge and understanding
- Passion for our mission
